Assistant manager Glyn Chamberlain told the club website: "I'm aware we have had some early interest in Tyrone Barnett, but nothing more than that.
"It would take a very good bid for us to even consider it."
Barnett initially signed a 12-month deal at the Moss Rose, but made such an impression after three games that it was extended until the end of the 2011/12 season.
"We know how much they [Crawley] have been spending over the past few seasons, so it's up to them to come back with something realistic," added Chamberlain.
We don't want the lad to leave us yet as he has come in and done an excellent job for us

"I believe the chairman took a phone call from the club yesterday making an enquiry and they were told how highly he is rated here."
"We certainly don't want the lad to leave us yet as he has come in and done an excellent job for us last season."
Chamberlain also said the Silkmen are working hard on bringing in new faces this summer.
"One lad has unfortunately just agreed terms with a League One club, but it shows the quality of player we are after," he said.
"But we have other targets and are still talking to six or seven players over the next week or so.
"We know who we are after and these are experienced Football League players.
"Although it sometimes takes a bit longer than you would like, we are confident of getting the players we want on good deals for everyone."
